I have the experience to work as Community Teaching Assistant for young adults with additional needs where I developed a deep interest in supporting young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this job, I learnt to adapt my approach to the individual strengths, skills and gifts helping them navigate daily life that makes sense to them.
