About Design Your Care services
I believe that ageing should be met with dignity, respect, and genuine human connection. Care should never feel rushed, impersonal, or dictated by systems. That’s why I’ve chosen to work differently by putting people, not processes, at the heart of everything I do.
As a self-employed carer, I provide personalised and flexible support that fits around each individual’s life, values, and daily routines. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I offer thoughtful, dependable care delivered with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
What Makes Design Your Care Different
- Person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Consistency and trust through familiar, dedicated support
- Flexibility and independence without agency restrictions
- Compassion-led care focused on dignity and wellbeing
My Promise
Design Your Care is built on the belief that everyone deserves to age on their own terms safely, comfortably, and with purpose. My commitment is to support each person with care that respects their choices, values their independence, and enhances their quality of life.
I am a dedicated self-employed care professional, working independently since February 2025, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably, and fulfilled in their own homes. My journey into Health and Social Care is shaped by both professional experience and personal commitment, and it is this combination that defines the compassionate, reliable service I provide today.

I see being a carer as an extension of the family someone you can trust, rely on, and feel comfortable with every day. As a self-employed carer, my goal is to give families peace of mind, knowing their loved one is supported with patience, respect, and genuine kindness.
My professional journey began in the food industry, where I developed strong skills in management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Although successful, I felt drawn toward work with deeper meaning. In 2020, I completed a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, which marked a turning point in my career.
Since then, I have supported young adults with special educational needs and disabilities and worked as a Service Manager within supported living services. These roles gave me valuable experience, but I came to realise that organisational settings did not always allow me to deliver the truly person-centred care I believe in care that fully honours dignity, individuality, and human connection.
In February 2025, I chose to become a self-employed carer, combining my professional background with my strong commitment to delivering exceptional, values-led care. This decision has allowed me to work in a way that reflects my compassion, experience, and belief in meaningful relationships.
I offer flexible support tailored to each individual’s needs and routines, whether that involves companionship, personal care, medication support, or help with daily activities. I am confident in assisting with personal care, medications, household tasks, and meaningful daily engagement. I particularly enjoy conversation, gentle exercise, music, memory-based activities, and accompanying clients on simple outings.

Clear communication is central to my practice. I keep families informed, record important changes, and liaise with health professionals when required. With a strong foundation in leadership and responsibility, I bring professionalism, reliability, and compassion to every person I support.
If you are looking for a warm, trustworthy, and family-like presence for yourself or a loved one, I would be honoured to support you.
